Please Note Our Standard Terms and Conditions:
- Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment (HCR)’s standard placement fee is calculated at 14
% (before VAT) of employee’s total annual cost to company unless agreed
otherwise prior to submission of the candidate’s full CV to the prospective employer
- Placement fees due to HCR are payable as from the employee’s first day of
employment
- Outstanding placement fees will attract maximum interest as per the Usury Act
- Employment of a candidate referred by HCR will constitute acceptance of our
standard terms and conditions
- Integrity checks on candidates will be performed on request
- Psychometric testing on candidates will be performed on request
- References forwarded in confidence to potential employers should not be discussed
with the candidate or third parties
- HCR will replace any candidate leaving within three months of the commencement of
their employment provided that:
a. termination of the job is not as a result of company re-structuring or changing
the original requirements of the position offered
b. termination of the job is not as a result of unfair labour practice on the part of
the employer
