Employment Equity
We recognise the current racial imbalances in the current South African job market which are a legacy of the past.
We are committed to our Talent Identification Programme (TIP) for disadvantaged scholars. This programme aims to identify outstanding students who have performed exceptionally well at school or university but are unable to complete tertiary education due to financial constraints.
We aim to place these students in touch with businesses which may be interested in:
- Employing them in a gap year
- Assisting them with various financial options
Environmental Policy
We are committed to providing a pleasant and safe workplace for our staff whilst operating in a manner that protects and conserves our environment.
We will endeavour to engage with clients who share the same values as HCR regarding the protection and conservation of our environment.
At all times, HCR will aim to:
- Minimise energy, materials and natural resource consumption
- Where feasible and practical, use recycled and recyclable materials
- Prevent or minimise the generation of waste
