Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Monthly & weekly forecast trend analyst- including analysis and summary of risks & opportunities to be presented to executive team.
Development of operational sales plan and key issue identification by category, both monthly and balance of year going forward, including sales volumes, pricing, transport and freight, settlement discounts and quantity rebates, agents, commissions, actual costs v standards, inventory levels against forecast and demands.
Analysis of AOP budget submission
Lead development of strategic plan, preparation and presentation.
Ability to integrate data from different sources for analysis and interpretation

Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers and support with the Sales Dept
Update and maintain Debtors Management module on Pastel with commitments from customers and verifying thereof

Liaise and update on a weekly basis with Finance Manager and Sales manager on progress with collections and age analysis report
Update all financial and personal information of customers including credit limits and credit applications
Deal with all queries from customers relating to accounts and preparation of reconciliations done daily/weekly/monthly
Achieve customer service objectives
Take immediate action on non-compliance to time sensitive activities that will cost the company
Regularly review customer account details and conduct
Build a solid professional relationship with all customers
Understand day to day requirements and keep sales team informed
Become familiar with relevant company policies
Ensure account standards are maintained
Set realistic monthly objectives to achieve account standards
Ensure compliance with relevant legal and statutory requirements are met
